Shipping policy

Free DHL express delivery on all orders.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be receiving a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package. All Lady Laurette packages are shipped via DHL; from Finland to the global destination of your choice. Usually our orders are delivered within 2 to 7 working days from shipment based upon the location of delivery. You will receive a payment confirmation via email after your order is placed. This may be immediately up to one hour post your order's processing.

Customs, import taxes, duties and tariffs may be applied on the order depending on the shipping country. Lady Laurette is not liable of any additional costs incurred due to customs.
